Sample Support

   Our Sample policy

   Some customers may doubt about our products’ quality before making trial order decision. Under the circumstances, we warmly welcome customers to request samples from us for test and evaluation. Our sample policy is as follows:

   1). For the regular models we have: customers have to pay the samples cost and shipping freight. Samples cost shall be refunded once the samples have been approved and the formal order has been decided

   2). For OEM project: the set up fee, such as molds tooling charge, logo printing cost and film charge etc, shall be on customer's account also. We'll refund partial or even full of the set up fee, depends on the quantity of the OEM order
